I bought the safeguard for horse.Is it safe to use on dogs?...Ray

Yes, 1cc per 5 pounds of body weight three days in a row - repeat 1 month later.

I have figured out it is 1/4 turn for every 4 pounds of dog. That is the correct mesurement per active engrediant.

Be careful telling someone a quarter turn, there are different sized tubes with different graduations - best bet is to use a 12cc syringe and squirt ii in according to the weight.
