I got a puppy that stool sometime has blood in it. I been using nemex 2 wormer. the pup is six week old.

Could be cochidia (sp) which is pretty common for pups. Whip worms will also cause this, but I would bet on cochidia. Don't know if what you are using takes care of that are not. A vet can take a stool sample and tell you for sure.
