dog digging at spot

dog digging at spot

I have a dog that had a little place on his neck. I took him out this morning it was fine ( healing up ) Went out to feed this evening and he has dug at it and made it a big sore now. What can I do?

How old is the dog? Did you buy it or raise it? It may be a type of mange.
