Single Dose 7 Ways
Does anyone know where to get good quality single dose 7 way vaccines. Most of the quality brands come in 25 dose packs. This is fine if you have a litter of pups, as you will use that many by the time they are 16 weeks old. But what if you have say 3,4,5 adult dogs that you want to give a yearly booster? I don't want to go the feed store route and want something good like Fort Dodge, Vanguard Plus, Proguard, Galaxy etc. Been looking online but only see the same brands they offer in the feed stores in single doses. Any recomdations?

I don't trust the feed store TSC shots. Have heard and read too many negative things about them.

I too have heard stories about your local feed and seed store, but I use TSC for my adults, order from Jeffers Pet for my pups. I actually bought two 7-ways yesterday and gave them to two new 7 month old pups, got the first shot and looked at the expiration date and it was yesterday. I gave the other shot to the other pup, and then called TSC and they said they would remove the shots and replinish their stock. Luckily the 5-way for my new 7 week old pup runs out next year. Make sure you check the dates, I have never had any trouble but whew that was close and I will check everytime in the future.

I have always had good luck from TSC for small animals and large ones. As with any medication, human or animal, you should check the expiration date both on package and on vials. I also feel that they are in a better controlled shipping enviroment than by any mail order. Just my 2 cents
