blood in urine while hunting

I have a 3 yr. tri-colored male who has been urinating blood only while I'm out hunting.I am from WI and I have been hunting in some snow but not a lot until recently.I took him to the vet. for a urinary infection and treated him for that but with no luck and he was also tested for borcelosis but that came back clean.He seems to hunt really well for the first 2 hrs. but gets very tired after that.He has bloody urine only after the first time he goes and goes a number of times after that with very little urine and some watery looking blood. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

does ur dog regurditate when he is urinating blood any during the day if so his kidneys could be failing....i have seen it before but i am not a vet so i would go and ask the vet to run kidney and urnary tests on him just to be safe.
