a friend of mine has a sister to one of my females that is two and a half yrs old and has never come into heat.she is still small back there like a puppy.is there any way to corect this?

2 1/2 years old and hasn't been in???? Did he raise her? At what age did he get her? Could he have missed her cycle(s)? Might want to have her examined by a veterinarian that specializes in reproduction(theriogenologist). Doc S

he has had her from the time she was a puppy.
