sagging milk bags

I have a 4yr old female that is not pregnent and not in heat and her milk bags have had fluid in them for a couple weeks what could this be and should i take her to the vet. i have a puppy kenneled wright next to her if this helps.

Sounds like false pregnancy and is probably due to the pup being close. She's in sympathy with the pup. Rub her teats and whole bottom side with Camphorated Oil and it should dry up and go away.

alabama john u are 100% correct unfortunately i had to pay a vet bill to get the answer. the vet did say that i should eather breed her or get her spayed by her next heat cycle other wise she could continue to have this happen witch could possably be costly.

I would wait on breeding her or spaying her unless you are wanting to do either one at this time I have had a couple different dogs do it and they only did it one time.
