my uncle has a 1.5 year old beagle that in the last couple days looks like she has warts on her nose and face any advise would be appreciated thanks

Canine warts is common and contagious to other dogs. It has to run it's course. Do not use that wart remover you buy for your self it will kill the dog.

As long as she has them they are a virus. If you go to that link I posted it gives some remedies and photos as to what they look like to make certain that is what you are dealing with.
