One day i was playing with my male pup, roling him over and stuff like normal. I had him on his back and I started scratching his belly. I noticed that he had green p on his man hood. What could that be?

I've seen the same thing on every male I've had. I think it's just urine that sticks to the hair and skin after they go to the bathroom, and concentrates/thickens as it dries-out.

Even if that's not what it is...I've seen it a lot and never had to worry about it.
