jump out of truck

Hey Doc! I have a pup that has jumped out of the cab of my truck yesterday while driving down the road. She yelped and everything. When I found her she was fine. 2 days later nothing swollen or anything, when I grabe her legs and feel of her back and face she does normal, just looks at me. Is there anything that could be wrong or should I not worry? Can landing on their face hirt their good smelling noses.
