Skin condition on leg

My dog started developing some sort of sore after being in the kennel for about a week. We had a female in with him, which I learned had some ringworm. After researching, I discovered ringworm isn't really a type of worm, but a fungus. So I got some antifungal spray and oinment at TSC and started applying it over the last two weeks. Running the dog resumed a week ago.

I noticed today the original spot appeared to be getting bigger, so I thought maybe he got a spider bite.

But as I took this picture, I found two other spots on the same leg where this crap appears to be starting:

His ears are getting pretty crusty from running in the briars, but nothing like this and the other front leg is fine. I picked up some 10% iodine and started using that today. This is the same poor dog who had the e-rich over the summer (different leg). I could probably get him to the vet Tuesday, but thought I'd check if anybody could give me an internet diagnosis/recommended treatment first. Thanks in advance.

I got a PM from somebody suggesting the Nu-Stock, so I'll try to track some of it down.

By the way allniter, he was only out of the fields for two weeks (stayed in fighting shape) and he was kept with a bitch in heat, so I hope he had something better to do than chew on his leg out of boredom. ;)
