I know that Panacur is a popular wormer, but it seems that no-one can tell me where to find it. How about you Doc S. you use it can you give me some idea where I can purchase it?
Thanks in advance, Paul

Paul, I've always gotten Panacur in a white, chalky, liquid suspension from the vet. I did see a beagler with a big tube of Panacur (gel, I believe) at Silver Creek this summer. If memory serves, it was for horses and would have to be dosed down for dogs. If I can remember where he told me he got it, I'll post. I don't believe Panacur gets tapes.

Get it at your local farm supplier it's called Safe Guard it's a cattle wormer.
In east tn. I got it at our co-op I think Tractor supply has it too. It's a liquid and comes in 500ml and 1 gal. don't remember the price.I switched to Valbasen and Ivermec for cattle. In the summer months I use Valbasen
on the 1st day of each mth. and Ivermec on the 15th day the Ivermec
is used as a heart worm perventive. In the winter I only use the Valbasen.

I got a tube of it at a local horse tack shop. It was shown as a horse wormer and i beleive i paid $8.95 for the tube. You can also get safeguard for around the same price. I had to go too our local farm co-op to get that.
