PUPPIES FIRST SHOT

We have 2 pups we have raised on a bottle . I want to give their first shots ASAP.they're 3 weeks old now what is the earliest I can give the shot?
I worm at 2, 4, and 6 weeks old. Puppy shots are given at 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks old. Followed in Illinois by Rabies shot at 16 weeks.
Incidentally, I give the 5-way shot as opposed to the 7-way many on here seem to prefer. In talking with vets around here, they say the 5-way is not as hard on the pups, and we don't have the problems around here that requires a 7-way. At a year old I switch to the 7-way.
