HELP!! Fish pinicilin for puppies

I have a litter of puppies that one got sick so I went to the vet and he gave him a shot of pinicillin.
I have heard of giving fish pinicillin to dogs. Can I reduce it so that I can give it to the rest of the litter, when they come down with what he has?
6 week old pup. 6#s
VeT said it wasn't Provo. Infection from mothers milk.
I don't want to pay $129 per pup when I have 6 more pups.

you can get penicillan G at TSC. dose it down and use it. we have in older dogs. works fine. cost $8 or so for a big bottle.
