pimples on gyp?

pimples on gyp?
My 2 yr old gyp has a few bumps in various areas on her body,ears, chin, leg and paw. they are small and hard. When squeezed they release a small white seed that is very similar to a pimple.They also bleed a lot when popped and the bump stays. Are these maybe from feed or has any one ever seen anything like it?She is also in heat if that may make any difference.
