Im sure not a pro but you definitely dont want to wait till theyre six weeks old.
2,3,4, & 6 weeks is what the directions on Nemex say if I remember right.
And you worm the momma too or at least I always have and think the majority of other folks do too.

I have found beagles to be particularly sensitive to disgestive issues - Not to mention damage to the lungs, liver, etc. ! If you wait until six weeks, you may have NO pups to worm! Get the Nemex and get busy! Worm at 2, 3, 4 (5?), 6, and 8 weeks and worm the mom a couple of times. At three weeks and unwormed, do not be surprised when they pass gobs of roundworms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be amazed who much better they will look worm-free. Are they pot-bellied with dull coats yet? Good luck!

I worm pups at 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks, then keep going on a little diff. schedule. Worm the mom also, I use Nemex 2 and Dworm 120 for pups and pregnant bitches.
