Hair ruffled and coming out

I have a female that has what looks like she is shedding a winter coat.

Her hair on her back (hips) is ruffled looking and is shedding. However, she has no bare spots or sores. It looks like hair is growing under the hair falling out.

I've never seen this in my dogs and she is heavy Playboy bred. Could it just be her winter coat coming out?

Yup, we been pull'n hair off the drain screens for the last month, white hair everywhere...

sounds like a typical "coat blow" just take a slicker brush and brush all that dead stuff out or go down the the nearest feed store and buy a shedding blade. I use a stripping knife but, that might be hard to find unless you want to order one.
