I HAD A DOG SHOW UP YESTERDAY, I GUESS SOMEONE DROPED HER OFF, IT LOOKED LIKE SHE HAD HAD A LITTER OF PUPS NOT TO LONG AGO, BUT SHE IS PANTING PRETTY HARD LIKE MAYBE SHE IS STILL IN LABOR AND I HAVE NOTICED SHE IS STILL SWOLEN IN THE BACK END, SHE STILL HAS MILK IN ABOUT 5 TITS, I WAS WONDERING IF MAYBE SHE HAS NOT HAD THE PUPS YET?? COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INFO ON WHAT I NEED TO LOOK FOR TO SEE IF SHE IS PREGNANT OR MAYBE GETTING READY TO HAVE SOME PUPS. PLEASE HELP!!

Does she seem to be nesting? Any signs of labor? Can you get close enough to push on her belly to see if you can palpate any pups or see any movement of unborn pups? If you think she is worth keeping, a trip to the vet couldn't hurt. If she has had some pups recently she may still have pup(s) inside.

SHE IS ACTING FINE THIS MORNING, NO SIGN OF LABOR PAINS, I GUESS MAYBE SHE JUST HAD A LITTER OF PUPS AND MAYBE SHE IS A GRIEVING MOTHER. SOMEONE MUST HAVE DROPPED HER OFF SHE JUST SHOWED UP ON MY PORCH, SHE WAS VERY HUNGRY, I COULDN'T TURN HER AWAY. SHE IS SLEEPING ON THE COUCH AND ACTING FINE NOW I GUESS IT JUST WORRIED ME AND I PANICKED. THANKS ALOT FOR THE RESPONSE.

what kind of dog is it..........

SHE IS A TRI COLOR BEAGLE, SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE IS OLD, HER FACE IS WHITE AND SHE DOSEN'T HAVE ANY FRONT OR LOWER TEETH. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW SOME OF THESE PEOPLE CAN JUST DROP DOGS OFF LIKE THAT!

They must not be attached to their dog's.............I know I would never be able to do that..........You own a dog since it's a pup then you dump it somewhere to die.......I rather let it die at it's home. Maybe it just ran away from home and can't find it way back........I think it found a home your place. If it like's you then take of her.........

SHE SEEMS TO HAVE TOOK A LIKING TO ME AND MY 2 YEAR OLD LITTLE BOY HE JUST PLAYS AND LOVES ALL OVER HER AND SHE DON'T SEEM TO MIND AT ALL. HE THROWS A FIT WHEN I PUT HER OUTSIDE TO USE THE BATHROOM. I PLAN ON KEEPING HER UNTIL I CAN FIND HER A GOOD HOME.

The only problem is you dont know about the dog health.Does it have heartworm. anything that can spread to your other dogs ,up on shots??

THAT IS WHY I AM KEEPING HER AWAY FROM MY OTHER DOGS BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SHE MIGHT HAVE, BUT I AM A SUCKER FOR THOSE BIG BROWN EYES, AND I COULDN'T TURN HER AWAY!
