NEW PUP HAS THE WHOLE UNDERSIDE OF NECK RAW FROM DIGGING AT COLLAR ANY IDEAS TO KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING

Just put his collar on when he's running, take it off when he's in the kennel. Maybe it will ease up a bit.
