I have the same problem with my oldest male i have tried alot of different things. Changed foods a bunch of times. Nothing really works the same after awhile.

I brought him in the house for about 2 weeks straight at night i bought 30/20 dog food and put table scraps and gravy on his food he bulked up pretty good after a week of that. Then i kept him in for another week so he would have some extra fat. He looks good now. He also eats a little slower and he is kenneled with another dog so that might be another reason he wasn't gettting all that he needs.

How old is she, what are/have you fed her, and when was her last vet check?

There are many health reason's why she may be having a hard time keeping weight on, but without knowing a few basics, it's hard to give any advice.

if a dog paces a pen or circles on a chain it will loose weight and stay thin,,,,,,i have had both to happen and nothing you do or feed will keep weight on,,,,,,,,juct my opinion,,,,,,,
