is this pup up to date on all its' shot????
Is his nose and/or eyes runny, sneezing?
You didn't mention if the antibiotics were helping or how long this has been going on. That kind of info would be of help, but there are alot of things this could be:
Canine Flu
Distemper
upper respiratory infection
allergic reaction (allergies)
type of bedding you are using
ETC...

If this has been going on for a while (several days) and the antibiotics don't seem to be helping, you may want to get him in to see the vet right away.

Does the pup have a cough too? I had one last year that got into some bad straw, he had an asthma attack. Not saying that is what it is but a possiblility. Vet put him on antibiotics for possible secondary infection , but also gave him some meds for the wheezing. Pup was better in a couple days. Good luck.

If you want to keep your pup alive I would get him right over to the vets. Something is not right. :( Keep us posted.

is he eating or drinking at all? One thing to be aware of, is dehydration. Give pedialyte orally, or if you can get Lactated Ringers do Subq fluids to keep him hydrated. Pneumonia can cause dehydration. Keep him warm and away from drafts. Did the vet give you anything other than antibiotics? Seems like he would have given a steroid or something. You also want to make sure you don't give him anything that would supress a cough, as it's a good thing for him to cough and get the fluids out of his lungs.

Good luck
