I've got a three month old pup that will be running, playing, and doing fine- then she will get stiff legged in her back legs and all humped up in the back- this will generally last for a few minutes and then back to normal- i've wormed her several times- had all shots, etc. She is growing fine and shows no other signs of problems. Anyone ever seen this type of problem? Thanks for any/all help!!

Sounds like it could be a form of seizure. I would take her in and have her checked out to be on the safe side.

But does the pup scoot its fanny on the ground when it hunches up?????

It actually sounds like this pup is having grand mal seizures, which is a bad thing at such a young age. The less erious forms don't normally last more than a half a minute to a minute. Seizures generally come on when the dog is excited, so playtime with her littermates would be enough to do it.
If worse comes to worse, and you find out from the vet she is most likely having seizures, the only thing to do is either spay her and sell her off as a pet, or cull this dog. If shes having seizures this young, she may not properly develop mentally - enough seizures cause brain damage
I'm hoping its not a seizure but only your vet can tell you for sure.
