dog and hair loss
have female coat looks horrible hair falling out no dry spots or red areas this is worse then shedding?
It could be an alergic reaction to the bedding in the doghouse. I have seen dogs that were alergic to hay or straw and saw one that was alergic to cedar shavings.
It could also be mites or fungus. In either case you should be able to find an antifungal medecine and stop the hair loss.

Not itchy? No redness?
How is her weight? Is she a tad overweight? Sometimes overweight balding beagles have problems with their thyroid (easily corrected with medication that is NOT expensive, most expensive thing is the blood test for it and that isn't bad compared to some.) Some don't have to be overweight to have the problem, they don't always have to be overweight to have a thyroid problem.
I had a foster dog whose owners gave him up because his coat was so bad, and they couldn't be "bothered" with him. About 6 months on medication he looked like a totally new dog. His new owners get his blood tested every year or so, but he hasn't needed any changes to his thyroid pill. He REALLy looks like another dog. When his hair grew in it grew in thicker and more shiny, looked like a young dog's coat again.
Are you on a deworming and parasite prevention program? I assume you are, but have to ask. Many intestinal parasites will rob your dog of the nutrients she needs for her coat. We use monthy Sentinel because we are just too lazy to use separate wormers and heartworm and flea prevention.
Does she eat a good quality dog food? Make sure it is AAFCO tested and approved. Tons of good diet out there to choose from.
You can add a multivitamin(make sure it has a tad of zinc in it) and a fatty acid supplement (a teaspoon of salmon oil and a teaspoon of saffower oil daily)
Do not add bacon grease or too much fats to her diet, it may inflame her pancreas. If she isn't fat an egg or two a week can also help.
