Retained Baby Teeth

I have a 7 month male pup who started getting his adult canines in about 4-5 weeks ago. Problem is, his baby canines never fell out. I've been checking them and they seem to be in tight.
Took the pup to the vet last week and it'd cost me $130 to have two teeth pulled! Now thats outrageous and frankly, I don't have that kind of money after spending an arm and a leg on the pup :( So I've been giving him raw bones, beef ribs and necks mostly, to get the teeth out. They still feel like they're tightly in the mouth.
Is it going to cause a problem if I just leave the baby teeth in? What can I do to get them out that will not cost me $130???

I had this problem 2 years ago in one litter, 4 out of 10 pups retained teeth.
Bred the same girl this season (different stud) and 2 out of 7 had retained.

One gal took her pup in and had the $ teeth out, but I just got a rough towel and worked at them, Im doing it now on a 5 month old pup. I made them get loose and several I pulled out once they were floppy enough.

Just my two cents...

I've had this happen on several occasions, and I just kept an eye on the tooth, and just as it started to appear a tad on the red and irritated side, I would take the tooth and gently work it back forth a little, and they come right out, Sometimes with the incisors you may have to pull out and back a little. Good luck!
