What does the spot above the foot that looks like a pade about the size of a dime serve, reason I'm asking is because my dog have a real bad cute under this pade , it probably cute it about half way ... Ive been pouring proxide and spraying it with blue coat. It's been about two days its always clean , the dog puts all his weight in it , and hates for me to mess with it,, is this a vet call...

First of all, I would stop with the peroxide, it eats away the tissue. Use some other type of cleaning agent. If you think it is as deep as you say, you should have tried the vet first off. I know in the human world that if you don't get the wound sutured up early, they just clean it and let it heal by itself. It leaves a nasty scar.

EMT Gel Sounds like the Dew Claw you are talking about right?
This stuff works great especially on these types of wounds.
Goes Gave me a tube of this and So far I like it Friend used it on his Dogs Pad with a deep cut really Liked it went out and ordered some!!
