Bump on puppy's neck

I gave my pup her first shot from myself yesterday and today there is a soft lump around the neck area where the shot was givin. It is a size of a quarter, it was her third shot at 10 weeks. Her littermate also got one and has had no reaction. It was a 8 in 1 shot. I will wait a couple of days before going to the vet and hopefully it will go away. Has this happened to anyone before, is it just a reaction? If it is will it happen again?

you might have injected it into the skin instead of under it.
