C-Sections

Would breeding a 13" bitch to a 15" stud, rather than to a 13" stud, increase the chances that the bitch would have difficulty whelping and require a C-section?

Years ago(when I was a kid) I had a beagle get bred by a rottwieler and she did not have any trouble.
