female dog won't mate

I have a akc female blue tick,5 years old.would like to have a litter of pups from her.for the past 3 years when she comes in heat,I put my akc male in with her and he tries but will not hook up.I have 3 males and each year tryed each of them.used these males on different females in the past with no trouble at all.she is oakhill and he is out of jj's Redtick Joker, Big creek redticks

I'd take her to a vet, sometimes there is a ring that won't let them breed. I had a female like that years ago. You can check for yourself, vaseline and insert your finger there might be a ring that is too tight to allow penetration. A vet can snip it, and breed her next heat cycle if that is the problem.
