old female with swelled milk sac

old female with swelled milk sac

i have a lod female with a milk sack that is drooped down like she has milk in her sack but its only in one af her sacks in the back it has been this way for 4 years now and wondering what i can do about it

Sounds like a tumor to me. Need to get her to a vet.
