hound not eating

my bloodhound is not eating he is drinking plenty but he wont eat anything..and he stinks...he looks sunk in in the back...he was healthy 2 days ago...i have wormed him on schedule i gave him a little pennicillin last nite but he looks terrible...any ideas?...thanks in advance... by the way i aint seen no blood in his stool or anything like that either...thanks

Best advice I can give would be to have him seen by a veterinarian ASAP!
