dog wont eat

ive had dog to stop eating before for little while but not like this.Ive had her to the vet twice spent 2 hundred dollars they did blood work came back good they said it was her teeth put her to sleep cleaned her teeth ran a scope down her stomach an put her on antibiotics.She will eat meat but will not eat dog food.ive put gravey on her food and other things she just licks it off does anyone have any suggestions thanks.

Is she by herself or with another dog so she could be eating poop from herself or the other.
Change feeds and put her where she is alone.
If I quit eating dog food and you gave me meat and gravy, I would wait you out again!

What are you feeding?

Some dogs will refuse to eat low-grade, cheap kibbles because it makes them sick.

Unless she is sick, and you don't realize it, I guarantee if you feed her raw she will eat.

thanks for the info but found the prob she has (vegetative endocarditi) not sure about the spelling but what it is bacteria an infection build up on a valve in her heart very rare you could see it on the ultra sound an xray lose appetite no energy she was working on about 40% of her heart 3 months of antibiotics should take care of it i hope one side of the heart was enlarged.
