DOGS TAIL

Was wondering what might be wrong with dogs tail? Hunted her a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday & she was fine, hunted
the following Monday, & when I went to let her out, I noticed her tail was hanging down. She hunted like it didn't bother her, but
for the last week she still has it down, not as much, but still noticeable. Could she have stuck a thorn in it, and if so will it finally heal itself? I've checked her myself, but I don't see anything.
