Dog won't eat, any advice would be appreciated

I have a female that had pups a week ago. Since then she will not eat. I've got on here to look back at previous posts and tried a few tips. I first started feedin her chicken and she ate a little for two days. I took her to the vet and they took x-rays and said she looked fine. They give her a B vitamin shot, antibiotic shot, and a prescription of cephalexin I have to give her 1 pill 2x daily. She still won't eat. I've tried tuna and warming up chicken broth and still nothing. I've given her some nutracal everyday and today I started given her tums. Dixie is 7 yrs old. Her last liter was over a year ago and she raised 9. I'm currently feeding her 7 pups every 2-3 hrs because she quit making milk. I don't see her making it much longer at this rate. Feeding these pups are wearing me down. Is there anything I haven't tried yet? Any advice would b greatly appreciated! Thanks

No fever? 101 is normal.
What does her stool look like?
Does she drink plenty? when you pull her skin up does it return to normal?
Does her gums look pink? breath smell bad?
Have you consulted with the vet on her lack of progress since the last visit?

Be nice if you had a neighbor with some pups to help share the feeding bill on the ones your raising.

She does not have a fever. She hasn't went a lot but from what I can tell it's runny and has a greyish tint to it. Thought maybe from the embilical cords?? Her gums look normal and I've had a cold so I haven't smelt her breath, but I will try in the morning. Her hair does stay up like she maybe dehydrated, but she urinates a lot so she must drink a lot of fluids. I had spoke with the vet Friday but didn't take her until Monday. That's when they giver her the shots. I haven't talked them since.

Try raw eggs, just kinda pour in mouth and they will slide right down, old timers also mixed in a little turpentine but I would be afraid of that if she is nursing pups.

That's an odd colour for the stool, usually the stool is dark and hard from eating the placenta, most bitches are somewhat constipated after cleaning up from the pups birth.
I'm only guessing you may have some kidney problems.

She could have acute metritis, a retained placenta, or even a retained pup, all of which can be fatal. Essentially, each presents a massive infection of the uterus after birth and requires intensive care to rectify.

I would specifically have her uterus examined again, ASAP.

That was what popped in my head first, but there is no fever. I've had a couple and there temp was 103 the next morning and they didn't care if the pups were alive or dead, they were so sick.

Thanks guys for all the advice. I tried raw hamburger with no luck. So I took some and put it in s blender and added raw eggs. I then used a syringe and force fed her. She didn't keep it down. I took her back to the vet today and they ran some blood work. They're sayin she has a severe bacterial infection because her white blood cell counts were 2x normal level. They thought it odd since she still wasn't running a fever. So they're keeping her for a few days. I sure hope she can pull through. I appreciate everyone taking the time to try and help me with this problem.
