Is Miracle Grow concentrate harmful to dogs?

My Eve knocked over a bottle and drank from the liquid that leaked out. I read everything on the bottle. It did say to "Keep out of reach of children", but there was not the usual "harmful or fatal if swallowed" or any other indication that is was poisonous. Any information that anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

I went the the Miracle Grow web site but no information there.

Well she may grow into a coonhound now but that's about it. Seriously it shouldn't be harmful.
