Ivermectin..dosage and usage schedule

i am going to switch from pill form wormers of ivermectin to the oral liquid....can someone help me to put together a worming schedule?
i would like to know the proper dosage per 10 lbs....age of which i can start administering to a hound....and what parasites can be eliminated with ivermectin when given in the oral form....
also...should i do a follow up for other parasites with a different type of wormer?
i currently have 7 full grown hounds and 6 8 week old pups

i mix one cc to 9 cc water give 1 cc per dog over 6 months.once a month. that means that will do 10 total thats how i do it i give happy jack to enything under 6 months.
