pimples on dogs??

Has anyone ever seen pimples on the underside of dogs.They look to be filled with puss?What is this ?

A friend has a bitch that gets things like this on her ears, his vet. said it was probably an allergic reaction to something and gives her antibiotics.

Do you have fire ants? Some dogs will react to the bites in the way you describe. Wash with medicated shampoo. If it is fire ants, a scab may form and the hair may loosen around the bites. If so, pull off the hair & dead tissue to promote quicker healing.
