Snake bite remedy

I know I saw on a message board somewhere a recommendation to keep a syringe of something handy if running in snake infested areas. I have searched the site and can't find that thread. I figured if anybody knew, Doc would. Doc, any suggestions on what to keep in the first aid kit for snake bites???

I believe it was in the March issue of TAB
