Worming a pregnant dog

What would happen if you wormed a pregnant dog? My buddy’s pregnant female was accidentally wormed with half a dose before he realized what dog he had (She is one month along). I'm curious because I have pick of the litter.

It wont effect her at all most likely. I worm my females with safeguard 1 month before whelping.
