I DO ALL THE TIME KEEPS THEM IN SHAPE I THINK THEY WHELP EASIER. I AM NO VET BUT IT HAS NEVER HURT ANY OF MINE, MY OLD GRANDPA SWORE IT MADE BETTER PUPS WHO KNOWS, BUT A DOCTOR WILL TELL A WOMEN TO EXERCISE

Up to about 5-6 weeks is fine. After that I would just walk her etc.
If you can't run with the BIG DOGS stay on the porch!
