I noticed that there has been a big shift in the style of dog that is winning and placing at the NBC Tripel Challenge. starting about three years ago. The only consistant hound seems to be Breon's Bed Rock Pebbles bitch. She must be a tremendous hound. I remember reading, I think it was Steve Corey, indicating that she does very well on hare as well.
In addition, they don't list the Sire and Dam of the placing hounds any longer. It's surprising that an AKC event doesn't emphasize the linage of the placing hounds.
