I also flush with saline and in the past I used teramycin ointment. I cannot get the ointment anymore so I have been using Vetericyn Gel with very good results.

Update the unit. That was a common problem when they first came out.

You canot disable that pin, but if you go light when you touch the screen it will not come on. when it is on there just hit the back arrow in the bottom left corner to get rid of it.

I wear a lightweight mule jacket with a Cabelas upland vest over top. When it gets real cold I wear a heavy carhartt rancher coat with the vest.
