You should look at other trial formats as ARHA Little Pack has 15 second losses. That doesn't promote a dog to Champion that has few loses but has more losses and recovers them after 15 seconds has passed. A dog that runs loss free would not even place. There's a fine line between (training ur pup with another beagle) or 4 or 5 bad*** hounds. I believe a little common sense comes into play. But if your haven good results with your pups then keep at it buddy.
