i've used the hav-a-hart box traps before with a little pile of corn or a chunk of onion on the pan. tha onion works really well for me...easy to find on account of the smell. also apple but, like you said, lots of opossums. good luck

Question on rabbits. Do tame or domesticated type rabbits smell the same as cottontails? I can get them super cheap and was curious if it was a good idea. thanks in advance for your response. dave

Inside dogs run just as hard. Don't fall for any of the bull about "it will ruin their nose" and "beagles are outside dogs". Now if you keep the dog inside and only run it in the winter, it may not care for the cold and such. But if you run your dog as often as you should, below zero won't matter to...

bunny structure

Hi all, have a question for you. I took my hound out yesterday for the first time(i just got her). She ran like a champ but does not seem to investigate spots that should hold bunnies...brush piles, downed tree tops, clumps of brush, etc. In her defense, she hasn't been hunted more than 1 or 2 times...
