For what it is worth I had a beagle that was having random seizures. Turns out it was his beef based dog food. switched to grain free chicken and vegetables and he never had another seizure.

Any Ideas
My dogs nose has had this sore since August. Took her to the Vet stated it would not heal and they really don't know what it is. they suggest I have it removed surgically after hunting season. Have had the dog laid up all deer season and it is no better. Any Ideas

JUST WONDERING DOES A STRONG WIND AFFECT SCENTING? MY 2 BEAGLES USUALLY RUN A VERY SMOOTH LINE BUT I HAD THEM OUT YESTERDAY FOR PA'S FIRST DAY OF RABBIT AND THEY WERE RUNNING AWFULLY ROUGH. ONLY REASON I COULD COME UP WITH WAS THE STRONG WINDS BLOWING.

Our beagle club is over run with mink. Needless to say rabbits are getting kinda scarce. You have a better chance of seeing a mink than a rabbit. Any suggestions on how to get ride of them? Dogs on snow
I have a 4 yr old dog who until yesterday had never run on snow. I have to admit he did not do very well could not keep line going. Runs great on ground. Will he get better with running time on snow or should I look for another dog.

Help
I have a 4 yr old male who has never had a health problem. Today after about 4 hrs of running he had a fit that lasted about 5 - 10 min. then he recovered but we didn't hunt any longer today. Never had this problem before. Any Ideas on what might have caused it.

My three year old beagle has developed a bump on the end of his nose just above the nostrils I noticed it was bleeding a little the last time I had him out. Might be a Thorn in there. Any Ideas on best way to treat it.
