What works with Tri-tronics G3 Transmitter?
I have a Tri-Tronics G3 Trashbreaker transmitter with G3 collars. I am shopping for a used collar to add. It looks like the receivers come as G2, G3 and exp. It also looks like Tri-tronics sold some version of this collar as a Trashbreaker, Classic 70 and Sport Combo. Which receivers will work with ...

Collar that dogs won't chew
I have two pups that keep chewing the collar off of other dogs in the kennel. So far, I have used the day-glow style collars. I do not like choke-chain style collars because they do not accommodate a name plate. Is there another collar material collar that accommodates a name plate that the dogs can...

Whistle Pet Tracker
Has anyone ever used the Whistle Pet Tracker? If so, how did it perform? It costs $80, clips to the dog's collar and supposedly provides GPS data to an app on a cell phone.

Durbin Valley Hitman Hart Male In Southern Wisconsin
This 3 1/2 year old male stands about 14 inches. He is out of Durbin Valley Hit Man Hart and Glomski’s Gin. He is an all around solid dog with great hunt and stamina, good line control and check work, and a good nose. He runs head down with a chop/squall mouth at a medium speed. I hate to to get rid...

Re: Heat em up/Hurry up Male in Southern Wisconsin
I have had numerous inquiries about this dog's solo abilities. I have always run him with a pack, so he has no solo experience. I took him out this weekend to see what he could do solo. The temperature was around 25 degrees, but the snow was old and as hard as a stone. His search and jump were excel...

Durbin Valley Hitman Hart x Glomski's Gin Female
This is a tricolor female that stands about 13 inches. She is about three years old. I hunted her 4-5 days per week for two seasons. She is out of Durbin Valley Hit Man Hart and Glomski’s Gin. She has great hunt and stamina and good line control. She still has a bounce in her step at the end of a lo...

Re: Dog food
During the rabbit season, I feed about two cups of raw road kill venison meat, organs and fat with one cup of Farm and Fleet high protein kibble that goes for around $20 per 50. During the summer months, I change the ratio to one cup meat/two cups kibble. I feed five dogs and I pick up about eight d...

How Far Can 10.5 Gauge Wire Span w/o Support?
After significant consideration, I decided to go with 10.5 gauge PVC coated wire with 1.5 x 1.5 inch openings for the floor of my above ground kennel. I have 3-4 dogs in this kennel. The mesh is 3 feet wide. Will this wire hold up with a support every three feet?

How Tall Will He End Up?
I have a pup out of a full 15 inch sire and a 13 inch dam. At 5 1/2 months the pup is about 11.5 inches tall. What sort of height is he on target to reach?
