I'd say this forum is for just about everything...it's just that alot of people really aren't going to take a nice Ruger red label through the briar patch . I know some people will...but I have a Browning Gold Golden Clays that has never saw a briar...that's for my Mossy.

My dogs have ran deer before...I was just lucky enough to have the collars on them. After a couple good fryings with the collar, they seem to leave the deer alone, but they still like to track a squirrel every now and then. I just called my local vet and it's going to cost me $52 to get my little female checked out. Just registered her through AKC (late puppy papers) and they sent me a free vet checkup. It's still going cost me for the brucellosis test.

pretty steep for the bales, how big are they? About the same size as a normal square bale of hay? I might put some straw or pine chips in for him...but it would be way too expensive for me to get the swamp grass...even if I could find it around here. Thanks for the info though.

The feed store by me recommends what they call swamp grass instead of hay. I though it was just due to price but maybe it has something to do with hay being used for feed. No Kennels, but In the past couple days I've built two nice dog houses out of rough cut Oak. You could drive a truck over them...it was hell putting screws in...but I bet they should last a while.
