daegy76, How big is the box? How many young dogs do you have in this Kennel box? If you have 1 or 2 young dogs (3 to 6 months old) in this box and the box is full width on above ground kennel. Try putting a divider in the box to make sleeping the chamber no more than 24 inches wide. Hope this helps....

I agree with dachswalker. Used a T.E. Scott whelping nest several years ago, worked great. I bought one this last October, glad I did turned cold the day the pups were born. I knew the bottom heat saved pups. Quality product, well worth the price.

I remember back in early 1960's, Pearson Creek dogs running rabbits to the gun, were med. speed. Good rabbit dogs.
