last weekend picked up my male pup out of oliver and miller creek mia , he is a very bold houndy looking pup that is bread to the hilt , sure hope he turns out

in the winter stuff wire boxes full of alfalfa hey so deer don't eat it all and hare love oats in the tube feeders also wild hare love white birch and popular tops while out running break a few off so hare can eat off of them

imo plover river jack is a very good suggestion. i ran with him a bunch when he was a little over a year old and also a bunch with his sister plover river hotsy. both super nice dogs. bred to jack and i am very happy with the cross. just bred my double gator bred female to a son of jack today. nice...

here is a question for every one, I have no douht that there are well bread cottontail dogs that are as fast and accurate as most hare bread dogs, were I'm at in the middle of winter you need the track to be moving forward at a pretty good pace because the scent goes old pretty fast some days. mysel...

Spring had plenty of foot, but could control the line & Gator had wins in the Mid-West, Northern Mi. Hare Assoc. & Canada. seems like a lot of you southern boys are introducing northern hare hounds into your programs , my question is it to add speed or to add nose to the more tradional cottontail bred dogs or maybe both
