Re: What would you pick to feed
Adding fuel to the fire... I work in a food plant (human not dog). Most of the brand names are just names. They are not producing companies. The food is made at the same place, in the same way, same recipe, and is from the same batch. The difference is the package and price.

Re: Shake bred males!!!
Take a look at Flat Creek Junior. He has more foot than his sire, which is the Bandit dog. His mother is out of Jeramiha. Nice running dog I think he has five wins now and just needs a few points to finish. He won the IBGA championship under me and then a week or so later won Etown under me. He is ...

Re: Shake bred males!!!
I'm not sure about the size but FC Dellys Dozier Lil is a producer. I believe he is still alive but old. He has produced big and small. FCGD Shady Boy Goochs&Brinskys Lil Duke is out of FC Scratch Ankle Jeramiha who is out of Dozier. He is small and bred to produce.

Re: F.C> Champions That Stand Around
When I decided to become an AKC SPO Judge it was because I wanted to make a difference. Any dog that isn't hunting will not make my winners pack. I have picked up some of the better line running dogs in a pack for their lack of hunt. However, we are there to find the best overall hound. Hunt is only...

Re: What bloodline or type of dog?
Same style but NEBGF dogs are typically faster than UBGF. 2xNSPC FC Bramble Run Jumpin Jack Smack placed 2nd at the NEBGF championship trial.DINGUS MAN wrote:The one I'm looking at is a arha pp and arha lp style dog...I'd say she can run ukc pp too.....is NEBGF AND UBGF pretty close to the same type of dog?

Re: What bloodline or type of dog?
The Tank dogs that I have seen in AKC SPO are much cleaner and more conservative than the Ranger Dan dogs I have seen.
There is a lot of Tank blood still winning in the NEBGF.

Re: Hound speed
My dogs are not "fast". As I wrote before, they are medium. This based on the fastest and slowest I have seen. Excluding traditional brace as I see them as useless. The dogs I keep have gears. They adjust their speed, always going as fast as they can run it. At times they will walk it and at other t...

Re: Hound speed
A couple years ago I did an experiment like your about to do. I run medium speed ( I believe them to run a flat medium) SPO hounds. Being impressed with natural hunt, jump ability, and conformation I bought a pup out of Large Pack breeding. I also saw that the parents did everything correct. They we...

Re: F.C.Side Hill Keuka Blue info.
I owned a female pup off Keuka for a short time. She started easily at about 4 months old on cottontail, I never ran her on hare. She had exceptional hunt jumping more than her share of rabbits in a 3-6 dog pack. She was fast, what I would call 8-9 out of 10. She would over run but knew where the ch...

Try posting on beaglefieldtrials.com. Alot of NEBGF guys read and post there, and I know some of them run the lines you mention.

Re: hunt prizes
I value a 4th place ribbon earned in the best class of bitches I have ever seen at a field trial, under hard working judges.
