Re: Kennel Blindness...
mudd, Patch I understand exactly where you are coming from. Years ago I bought 2 littermate females pups from a guy. I worked both pups equally. In the beginning neither one of them cared about running rabbits at all. One would play around even when you put her on a hot track and the other hated the...

Kennel Blindness...
How long does it take for you to figure out that a pup or young dog (one season of hunting or less) is going to fit into your pack or kennel goals? How do you know that the dog's faults are because they are still in their puppy stages or genetic? Do you give them a chance or do you send them packing...

Greg and Thorina 813-644-9784.
Tell them they hauled dogs from us in Missouri twice.
Once to Alabama and South Carolina.
Reasonably priced. Get pups there quickly and safely.

Re: Hi everyone... i have a questin
I think they do better when they are outside. Their body has to adjust to the temperatures more than in a
climate controlled house. When it is really cold I put two in each kennel.
By the way I got your text and sent you an email.

Re: Baby Cottontail Sneaks Out The Back Door...
It seems like everyone is seeing lots of rabbits of all sizes this year so far.
I've seen lots on the gravel roads in the mornings and evenings. Last year
I didn't see very many.
I hope the population continues to go up so everyone can have some good
running.

Re: What trial format...
Thanks for all the info guys. I will start looking up trial dates, rules and a club to join so I can get a couple hounds registered for that format. I have lots to learn but I want to start off on the right foot. I don't plan to trail much, but I have a couple dogs that deserve a chance to compete. AT

Re: What trial format...
Rabbit Chaser I don't want to do that. My town used to have a club but I think they were like they ran dogs that were slow. I asked questions and they said I had "Wind Splitter" hounds. At the time I didn't know what they meant but a fellow told me my dogs were to fast for their style. They liked wh...

Re: Dogs that hunt hard but dont produce...
likeemfast. Thanks for the advice on your results from breeding littermate sisters. I currently have 2 littermate sisters that I kept from my last litter to see which produced the best pups off of the same male. If the first cross is junk I won't scrap my whole program... I will just breed the other...
